Guidelines for presentation

 Oral presentations

• Each presentation has a time slot of 15 min and 5 min discussion.

• Presentations can be delivered as Power Point or PDF file on a USB drive. Please pass the presentation not later than 20 min prior to the session to the person in charge so there is enough time to copy and test it.

Poster presentations

• The format for posters is A0 portrait. Larger formats and landscape format are not possible

• Pins for fixing the posters will be provided; please do not use tape or glue
